(TRR) has 2 openings for EMDR Certified and NY State Licensed clinicians at our upcoming Warrior Camp® program. The staff dates are March 1-10, 2024 (inclusive). Warrior Camp® is an intensive residential suicide prevention program for Combat Veterans of all eras. Our focus is on Moral Injury repair.
All expenses are covered and arranged by us (food, lodging and transportation). Each EMDR therapist carries a caseload of 2 Veterans during the week for daily EMDR sessions. Training on EMDR for Moral Injury repair is part of this volunteer position, as is the opportunity to work collaboratively with clinicians from other modalities and traditions. EMDRIA has made the decision to hold the annual conference virtual for safety reasons, which means it is even more accessible than ever! It will be held September 26-October 4, however registrants will also have access to the recordings of workshops for 60 days. This virtual platform allows for registrants to take advantage of participating in or viewing every workshop rather than having to choose one workshop for each session when the conference is held live.
